First Day of School!

So it was Riley's first day of school today.

I, of course, have been on a roller coaster all day about it. He was so excited to be going! He was ready for school almost 2 hours before it was time to even get ready for school.

And all morning its been, "riley you have to do this before you can go to school."

Daddy had to leave for work before riley went to school so we took pictures early.

So 15 min before the bus is "supposed" to be here, we're waiting outside. Riley gets to play and have fun for a while and I just watch my little boy for the last few minutes I have him.

I love the picture above! He is such a sweet heart!

So the bus finally comes, and turns out that there was a schedule change that they didn't tell me about so he wont be the first one on the bus anymore.
I did perfectly fine. I put him in his seat, buckled him in, gave him kisses, said be good and got off the bus.

He waved at me through the window. Said "LOVE YOU MOM" and then they were off.

Then came the tears! My baby was off on his own adventure without me!

I will probably call the school around 2 just to make sure he's doing ok.

Now I can't WAIT for 4:30!!!!!
