My wonderful weekend!

So Friday and Saturday we kept very very busy!

Friday morning, Riley and I went to the zoo! He had a blast!

We went through the Dinosaur park first, Everytime one of the Dinosaurs would roar, Riley would roar back. He is, however, a look but dont get too close or they might get you kind of guy. He wouldnt even touch the dino bones they had for examination.

We then went to see the giraffes and hippos. He was amazed at the huge fish in the hippo tank. And he loved the baby giraffe. We saw the lions who were eating lunch. Riley called them Big Kitties.

Next we saw the gorillas and they were very very active. Riley thought the baby one was funny to watch.

We stopped and played at the park for a few minutes then got some lunch.

We then saw the Elephants and the rest of the monkeys and then called it a day. Riley walked the Entire time. From when we got in the zoo to when we were going to catch the c-train.

The rest of the day we hung out, watched some quiet movies and colored before dad got home.

Richard had Saturday off so we went to Heritage park. If it wasnt for fee assistance it would have cost an arm and a leg. But since we had it it only cost $15 for two adult admissions and two ride bracelets.

We saw everything. Rode the SS moyie, the train 3 loops around, the Carosel. We stopped at the bakery and got cinnamon rolls and a gingerbreag cookie. We ate at the wainwright hotel which I have never done before.

The new Gasoline Alley is really cool. They have a kids play area with tricycles and coloring pages. A car where you can "experiance" a drive in movie with a fun car. Riding the trolley is all part of the fun too!

So that was our weekend. Now Richard has to work the rest of it unfortunately, and we'll probably be inside because theres supposed to be rain all week, but we had fun!
